USPRE Member Elizabeth Welch and PRE BALTICO BRH Crowned National Champions

USPRE is proud to congratulate Elizabeth Welch, a USPRE member, and her P.R.E. Baltico BRH on their outstanding achievement at the 2026 U.S. Dressage Festival of Champions in Wayne, Illinois.

Elizabeth and Baltico BRH were crowned Para Dressage National Champions, representing the exceptional partnership, dedication, and talent that make dressage such a remarkable sport.

We are especially proud to see a USPRE member and a P.R.E. horse achieving success at the national level and representing the versatility and athleticism of the Pure Spanish Horse.
