Please be informed about organizational aspects for the 30th edition of the International Purebred Spanish Horse Trade Fair—SICAB 2021 and home of the 7th World PRE Championships
► DATES The 30th edition of SICAB will be held from the 16th to the 21st of November at the Convention Center and Fair Grounds known as Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos in Sevilla, Spain ► HOTEL RESERVATIONS Once again, ANCCE has reached an agreement with the El Corte Ingles Travel Agency to handle hotel reservations throughout the week of SICAB  Below is the link to download the Official Accommodations Form, which indicates the names and prices of the various hotels  [PDF] Official Accommodations Form ► OFFICIAL SICAB CATALOG  SICAB publishes its own Official Catalog annually; stud farms are invited to advertise if they so desire  This Catalog is a useful source of information and publicity for all those visiting the venue  Some five thousand 5000 copies are published, which are then offered free of charge to breeders and international guests  After SICAB, and throughout the year, the Catalog is distributed at the various national and international trade fairs where ANCCE has a stand   Likewise, there is also a digital version with more than ten thousand 10,000 clicks at sicaborg The deadline to request publicity and send in originals is October 25th   Below is the form to request the insertion of publicity; it also includes the fees for both members and non-ANCCE members/breeders Please remember that the amount of space dedicated to stud farms is limited; thus, if this option is of interest to you, download the form and send it in as soon as possible  [WEB] Advertising Form for the Official 2021 SICAB Catalog ► SICAB 2021 TICKET SALES BOX OFFICE Ticket Sales: Grounds: General Tuesday to Sunday access ticket: €12 Show: Wednesday: €10 Thursday, Friday, Saturday morning and Sunday: €15 Saturday night: €20 Price includes VAT ONLINE Ticket Sales: Within a few days, further details regarding online ticket sales will be provided at sicabentradascom ► EXPOSITION AND HORSES FOR SALE This year, there is a specific area for the exposition and sales of horses There are sixteen 16 places for stallions and another sixteen 16 for mares These will be located in a preferential area, both in the zone for mares as well as in the first triangle for stallions      The requirements to enter a Horse-for-Sale include: - Be a Full-fledged Member of ANCCE - The horse up for sale must be registered in the name of the aforementioned member in the PRE Stud Book when presenting the entry form - There is only one 1 Horse-for-Sale entry per stud farm - The Deadline for Entry is Monday, the 25th of October - Fill out the specific form for the Exhibition and Sales of horses not online This form may be downloaded using the link below   [PDF] Exposition and Horse-for-Sales Entry Form Horses-for-Sale will be located in an exclusive area, separated from the rest of the horses from that same stud farm and that are registered for the various competitions Upon reaching the established deadline, and in such case that there are still spaces, the organizers reserve the right to implement other measures  The fee to enter a horse for exposition or for sale is €150 + 21% VAT Under no circumstances is ANCCE responsible for theft at stands, box seats, stalls, tack sheds, etc  We strongly recommend all participants that on Sunday, the 21st of November, when SICAB concludes, that they safeguard all property and equipment To enter a horse, contract a stand, receive breeder documentation or participate in any way at SICAB 2021, you must be in good standing, and have complied with all economic obligations established by ANCCE ► COVID CLAUSE All aspects of SICAB 2021 are conditioned by the situation caused by the COVID 19 pandemic and the mandates issued by health authorities at the time of the venue
