ANCCE, as the organizer of the International PRE Trade Fair and the World Purebred Spanish Horse Championship, launches SICAB 2023 ticket sales. The event will begin on November 28th and run until December 3rd at the Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos (Fair Grounds & Convention Center) in Sevilla (Spain).
