The sentence by the High Court of Madrid has dismissed the Application for Judicial Review presented by UCCE against the Ministry of Agriculture, which refused to grant official recognition to handle the Purebred Spanish Horse Stud Book. The High Court decision is not final and an appeal may be presented.
