Commencing Tuesday, May 1st, 2012 a $ 25.00 service fee will be required from Breeders that request Breeding & Birth Certificates prior to 2011.
Commencing Tuesday, January 1st 2013, the $ 25.00 fee will be applied to all requests made to the USPRE LG office for prior year certificates.
Breeders are encouraged to print their Breeding & Birth Certificates in a timely manner.
