2011 YOUNG HORSE SELECTION TEST FINAL FOR DRESSAGE IN SPAIN
The Final for the Young Horse Selection Tests (PSCJ) in the discipline of Dressage will be held from the 29th September to the 2nd October at the Club Hípico y Polideportivo (Equestrian and Multi-sports Club) of Almería. 196 horses, 173 of which are Purebred Spanish Horses, will participate in this final test, coordinated and organized by ANCCE. They have all qualified at one of the 13 qualifying tests organized throughout Spain in 2011.
The participating horses will be assessed genetically, and, if they reach the corresponding requirements, will be eligible to obtain the categories established in the PRE Breeding Program, and they will be included in the 2012 Catalog of Breeding Stock. Also, each Spanish Horse will be assessed by means of the Lineal Conformation Score and assessed genetically for their conformation, so that they will be eligible for the corresponding genetic category for dressage and will appear in the corresponding Catalog of Lineal Conformation Characteristics for 2012.
This Final, as has become the standard, coincides with the Spanish Young Horse Championship, which is organized by the Royal Spanish Equestrian Federation. It is also a qualifier for the Final of the ANCCE Dressage Cup, categorized as a National Final, which to be held at SICAB from the 22nd to 27th of November.
To participate in this PSCJ Final, entries must be made through the RFHE (Royal Equestrian Federation of Spain).
