The Pure Spanish Horses came out to support breast cancer research in the Challenge of the Americas. The benefit was held at the International Polo Club (IPC) in Wellington, Florida March 13th  2010.  Dr. Michael Kohl on JAZMIN VII owned by Marc Ulanowski performed a Pas-De-Deux with Mary-Ann Grant mounted on TAMARO owned by Linda Cramer in harmony with figure skaters on the polo field. This possibly could be the first time skaters and horses have performed together, the performance was done in memory of Ingrid Lin who passed away this season after a long battle with this disease. Mary Ann and TAMARO then competed for team USA in the musical Grand Prix Quadrille competition and was awarded second place. Shannon Dueck, a breast cancer survivor, competed for team International on SENTIMIENTO owned by Tamara Gerber who Co-Chaired the event. Their amazing performance earned them first place. Krystalann Shingler competed for Team Canada with CAMERON owned by Kimberly Van Kampen Boyer and finished third in the competition. Congratulations to all for their hard work and effort to raise funds for such a worthy cause.
