EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE NATIONAL PUREBRED SPANISH HORSE BREEDERS’ ASSOCIATION OF SPAIN
SATURDAY, MARCH 15, 2008
Sevilla, February 4, 2008
Dear Members,
Due to the recent Association-related events, the Board of Directors unanimously agreed, during their last meeting held on January 11, to hold an Extraordinary General Assembly in which all the problems would be laid out and their solutions suggested.
Initially, it had been agreed to hold this Assembly on March 8th. However, due to the request of many breeders and the Organizing Committee of the Torrepacheco Competition, one of the most important held in Spain, and the fact that National and Regional Elections were the following day, it has been decided to change the originally proposed date.
Therefore, the ANCCE Extraordinary General Assembly will be held on March 15, 2008, at the NH Central Convenciones Hotel of Sevilla, Avda. Diego Martínez Barrios s/n. The initial summons is for 10:00 am and the second summons is at 10.30 am in accordance with the following agenda:
ORDER OF THE DAY
- Constitution of the assembly and drafting of the list of attendees.
- Resolution of the Disciplinary File presented by the Board of Directors against Mr. José Palma Moreno, while he was the President of ANCCE and against Yeguada Hermanas Palma Valdés who he represents before this Association.
- Resolution of the File, presented by the Board of Directors against Yeguada Torreluna, whose representative before ANCCE is Mr. Luis Castel Romero.
- Current situation of the Stud Book for Purebred Spanish Stallions and Mares.
Reading and approval, as would be the case, December 4, 2007 agreement of the ANCCE Board of Directors by which Mr. Javier Conde takes over the Presidency of the Association.
Given the importance of the matters to be discussed, I sincerely hope to see you at the forthcoming meeting.
Yours Sincerely,
José Díaz Solís
Board of Director Secretary
